In my last blog post I called the theme song Joker, when it's actually The Joker. And also the shopping centre called Fountain Gate is actually the made up name for it. And Kath's town-house is actually in Lagoon Place, Patterson Lakes, Victoria. And the shopping centre bits are filmed at Westfield Southland, and other local places.
Also regular phrases used by the characters include: "Look at me." used by Kath to get Sharon, but mainly Kim to look at her. And "It's noice, different and unusual." which Kath, Kim and Sharon all use to show their approval of something.
Also in my last blog post you will probably have noticed that I snuck the phrase, or should I say word "noice" into the title. That was obviously for humourous purposes, and not because I spelt nice wrong. I also used certain song lyrics that are familiar to me - It's a new dawn... etc. to make my blog title sound more interesting, and different.
Thanks for reading my corrections, and now I shall get back to my Kath & Kim DVD, which right now is stuck on pause, on a shot of Kel's head (that's Kath's love interest by the way).

It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life, and I'm feeling noice.
Hi there. Welcome to my Kath & Kim based blog! This blog is going to be all about Kath & Kim (the Australian sitcom about mother and daughter duo Kath & Kim).
In the past few weeks, I have re-gained my love of the show, through my companion (who does the most amazing Australian accent) and a woman from Australia (Melbourne to be exact) who also likes the show, and has helped me to gain some background knowledge of the stars of the show.
To begin with, I think I should tell you everything I have found out about Gina Riley and Jane Turner recently.
Gina and Jane were originally best known in Australia for appearing in sketch shows, such as Fast Forward, Full Frontal and Big Girl's Blouse. At the time of Big Girl's Blouse there was a reality TV show called Weddings and Jane and Gina did a sketch based on it, which was basically the birth place of the Kath & Kim characters.
The fictional suburb of "Fountain Lakes" is closely based on a real outer-Melbourne suburb called Fountain Gate. When Kath & Kim shop in the mall at "Fountain Lakes" it's actually filmed at the Fountain Gate shopping centre.
Also, the theme song called Joker is sung by Gina (who plays Kim). Who I must say has the most amazing voice!
And Gina has also been in some musical theatre in Australia. E.g. The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
